"It's like riding a bike. It cannot be forgotten."
As children, we may have learned to ride a bike, but we are still imperfect. Even a motorbike rider can get driving technique training. Especially with a bike, we can develop ourselves in many different ways.
The bike is one of the best tools for developing dynamic balance, choosing a route, and developing traffic tactics; it is also first-class for physical fitness, etc. Not to mention that it can also add a lot to skiing.
The area around Kaprun and Saalbach offers plenty of opportunities to learn to ride a bike. No one should think they should race like the crazy people on YouTube. We also plan to ride downhill, but only on an easy bike course, gradually preparing.
In Kaprun, we can develop our cornering technique between buoys in a large asphalt parking lot; on small hills of a few meters, you can learn balance on the slope and braking, and we plan only easy tracks; no jumps and rocks are in our plan.
We will also cycle in places that are easier than the Balaton circuit; only those who enjoy it should go to the mountains because all slopes can be reached by ski lift.
A more stable bike technique is safer, frees up your attention to traffic, develops your sense of balance, and teaches you how to make turns in skiing.
We especially recommend it to those participating in the campsOzoneSki Fit Workout Program preparation with the help of
