Start in a split kneeling. Keep your hands diagonally. Keep most of your weight over your front foot. Engage your front glutes.
1. Stand up on your front leg. When you are over your foot accelerate your other knee towards your chest.
At the same time move your opposite arm forward, and your other arm back. Fast arm movements can help the explosive swing.
Squeeze and hold at the final point.
2. Go back into a split kneeling.
Important is the explosive lift of the knee
Keep your toes up and keep on ankle flexion of the swinging leg.
