Stand with one leg on the slipping pad.
Keep your weight on the other leg, unweight as possible the slipping pad.
Keep your knees in line with your toes.

1. Slide the slipping pad to the side. Hold as less weight as possible on the slipping pad
2. Pull it back with your supporting leg. Keep your weight and your hip over your stable leg.

Keep your knees and hip stacked over your toes all the time
