Stand with one leg on the balance cushion, with your other leg on the slipping pad.
Keep your weight on the balance cushion, unweight as possible the slipping pad.
Keep your knees in line with your toes.
1. Slide the slipping pad to the side. Hold as less weight as possible on the slipping pad
2. Pull it back with your supporting leg and drive across the front of you. Keep your weight and your hip over your stable leg.
3. Slide the slipping pad again to the side.
4. Pull it back with your supporting leg and drive across the back of you.
