POSSIBLE FAILURES:
Not keeping the right angle in the hip
Legs aren't close to each other
Lie on your back and keep your arm straight on your side.
Raise your legs vertically. Keep a right angle in your hips.
1. Turn your legs down to the floor next to your body. Keep the right angle in the hip.
2. Turn your legs to the other side and touch the floor
Keep your both shoulders on the floor.
