EQUIPMENT:

Box/Chair

OBJECTIVE:

Hip stability
Hip mobility

PROGRESS:

Place your feet further away from the chair.

POSSIBLE FAILURES:

Hard landing.
Leaning forward with the upper body.

Sit on the chair with a half-butt. Stay near the chair.
Keep your toes up and pointed forward (or a little bit to the center)

1. Stand up and drive your body over your toes. Try to carry most of your body weight on your outside leg.
2. Slowly sit back.
