OBJECTIVE:

Box/Chair

EQUIPMENT:

Sit on the chair. Depress your shoulder blades and keep your chest open.
Place your feet on the slipping pads. Keep your toes up.
Extend your knee as much as possible.

1. Pull back the pads at the line of the chair legs.
2. Stand up. Drive your pelvis over your toes.
3. Sit down.
4. Straighten your legs.
